Fell in love with Baked Oatmeal while visiting my daughter at school in Tuscaloosa, AL. This cute coffee shop/cafe, Heritage House, made the most magnificent baked oatmeal and I vowed I would find the closest thing to their baked oatmeal. After many attempts, I combined a little of all the different recipes to come up with my favorite recipe. I hope you love it as much as I do!
